How to surf Traffic Exchanges most effectively

If you are a typical user of traffic exchanges, you would spend a couple of hours a day surfing your favorite TEs.

How many credits can you earn in an hour?

The credits you can earn are limited by the timer of each TE. For example, if you must view a page for let’s say 10 seconds, than you can surf at most 6 sites per minute or 360 sites per hour. To be honest, you will be good if you get 250 per hour. This will be the maximum amount sites you can surf and depending on your upgrade level this means 125 – 250 credits.

There is no chance at all to get this level up for one TE.

How can I increase my credits per hour?

If you want to earn more credits per hour, you have to surf a couple of TEs simultaneously. If you surf two TEs at a time, you can double your earning.

Surfing several TEs is easier if you use a “tabbed” browser. I recommend Firefox, because I can add some safety-add-one and I am familiar with this browser. You can also use Google Chrome or if you are on windows Crazy Browser. You can all download them for free.

Get additional credits for free while surfing

Grab extra credits with every click using TE Command Post. You can join for free and you get at least 10% extra credits and can become up to 100%. The bonus changes every day. Here are the bonus for today:

At TE Command Post you have to surf the three main exchanges, which are Dragonsurf, Tezak Traffic Power and Traffic-Splash, to get the bonus. While surfing several TEs simultaneous these three should be in every group.

Protect and speed up!

Regarding safety and speed, I recommend two add-ons for firefox.

1. NoScript :: Add-ons für Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/noscript/

2. Adblock Plus :: Add-ons für Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/

The first one will block any scripting on the page. But after you installed it, that also means, that much of the timers from TEs wouldn’t work anymore. But you can allow each site, if you want

This picture is from the homepage of the addon noscript. You see that you can allow specific websites to use scripting. After installing the tool you need to allow nearly every site you use. But this is only a one time action. With this tool you have the control which site uses scripting on your computer. This gives you the control and this is what I like.

The second one blocks any kind of ads. This also include graphics. If you are on websites where you want to see a lot of banner, you perhaps need to deactivate the the addon. But also here you have the control what is going on on your computer.

If you are on Windows you should also install all kinds of virus protections. Or you use a real OS like Linux.

The last tool I recommend is LastPass. I have the addon for firefox installed and what I like the most here is that I can configure every site to autologin. So I set up my surfing groups here. When I start surfing I click on “Open all” on a group and LastPass opens all urls and logs me in. I can start surfing immediately.

Be realistic, when you surf do you really want to buy something? No, you just want to earn credits, so you can get your pages on the rotation.

But if everybody only surfs for credits, why should I get my page on the rotation? Only to give credits to the other users? Do I just give money away for nothing?

The typical user is just like you, surfing for gaining some credits. Mostly he surfs multiple TE in tabs to earn the max amount of credits during this time frame. He needs these credits to promote his own page. Does this mean that you sell your bred to the bakery? Yes that is exactly what you do. Think about this fact for a second. How can you use this fact for your advantage?

Do not sell anything on Traffic Exchanges – it just doesn’t work

What do you want while surfing the TE? At which pages do you stop and when?

Obviously you don’t want to read long pages, in fact you don’t wants to read at all. You will only stay for a couple of seconds on each site.

The most important fact will be that your page needs to load fast since you only have a couple seconds. Also you need an eye catching site and you should create curiosity. Finally you need a call to action. Don’t make the user thing about what you want him to do.

All the above points will give you a splash page. If you want to build your list you should use a squeeze or lead capture page.

What about trust?

A lot of sites will be promote by a couple of users. You will see the same site with different affiliates links. The surfer gets used to this sites and will not really react on them. So you need something that makes your site unique. This is where is comes to branding.

Write down your Plan

Do you want to be successful building your business? So your for sure have a plan, a strategy, a concept or something like that. Or do you still believe in the “quick rich schemes”?

Let me tell you something. It doesn’t matter where you want to be successful, you have to have a plan and you have to work for it. You want to build up a business, you will be the CEO. Keep this in mind.

Why is it so important to have a plan or should I say a goal? The answer is pretty easy: You have to be focused on what you are doing.

With this said upfront, what is my plan? What would I suggest?

Find your main program

You set up a goal on how much you want to earn per month. So you need to find a program that generates such an amount of money.

If you have decided you need $4000 per month, it will a lot of work to reach this goal with a program which pays $1 per referral/month.

My main program is TrafficWave. And here is why:

You need an autoresponder to build up your list, which is the main key to success in internet marketing.

Using a lead capture page means building your list. Within these lead capture pages you will not sell anything, you will provide some valuable informations. So people will subscribe to get some informations and you really should deliver good informations. Good content will build up trust. Also you are branding yourself. Changing the focus – Defining a focus

Since a couple of years, I tried to build up a residual income on the net.

But it didn’t worked. Well I get 1 referral here and another one there, but nothing to build up an income.

So I stoped nearly everything I was doing and took some time to understand what was wrong. Basicly it I made the “common” mistakes:

I had to many programs, I tried to promote
I was not focused on a goal beacuse I didn’t had a clear goal.

My goal was “earning money”. But this is not a real goal.

So, I changed my goal or better I started to define a goal. My main program from them was “TrafficWave”. I like the program, like the compensation plan and also I thing it is a great program to promote, since everybody who is serious on internet marketing must have an autoresponder.

The second question was where I should promote this program. I decided to use Traffic Exchangers and Safelists.

The first month didn’t really pushed me, but since 2 weeks I start seeing some results. Here is the standing of my TraffivWave Account today:
